This is another of my favorites from Maybelline New York. I got this from India for Rs. 250 for 10 g and the salesman sold it saying that it will work as a concealer. It might work as concealer, but not for me. I have pretty bad dark circles and need more coverage. However, coming back to this product. Maybelline New York Clearglow BB Stick Radiance claims to give flawless radiant skin and +12 hour shine control. It contains Salicylic acid to manage combination and oily skin. It gives soft, matte and even radiant skin. It is sweat resistant and sebum resistant. Its formula leaves skin fresh all day. It hides the appearance of pores and imperfection without clogging pores.” I love its packaging, it comes in turquoise color twist up stick, that makes it easy to use and perfect for travelling. It comes in only two shades – Radiance and Fawn. Fawn is a medium light shade with yellow undertones, perfect for Indian skin. It smells like plastic, a very weird scent but thankfully it disappears after sometime. Vivalahighstreet Vivalahighstreet Vivalahighstreet Vivalahighstreet Vivalahighstreet It has smooth texture and glides smoothly on skin. It blends nicely and sets like matte powdery finish. However, I always set it up with a powder for even better matte finish and added coverage. It settles in the fine lines under my eyes, but even high end products from Laura Mercier do, so I don’t consider it as a big problem. It gives ok coverage but I need to build it up on certain areas on my face. But I don’t think it entirely covers my pores. It is kind of drying on application, so moisturizer is needed under. However, it turns my skin oily in just 2-3 hours even though it is not as hot in Japan compared to India! It definitely does not give shine control, and oil free it is not! I really like this product. It is easy to use in the mornings compared to liquid BB creams. Just swipe it across your face, blend it with your fingers, pat some powder to set and you are ready to go! This product is perfect if you want light to medium coverage as it conceals and evens out the skin, doesn’t look over done or cakey! Overall it is a good product if you are running late every morning like me!!!
