And when you have a cute cleanser waiting for you there is just no excuse of not cleaning before bed time. Cleansing creams cleanse as well as moisturise. So Etude House エチュードハウス Happy Tea time Milk Tea Cleansing Cream is perfect for summer months when oils maybe too heavy on skin. They are available in three varieties ;lemon, aloe and milk tea. I have the milk tea one because I thought it looked the cutest ( I know I am shallow!!). Also milk tea is the best one for sensitive skin. It comes in a plastic tub of 180 ml for 4 $. The cap has a small kettle imprint surrounded by hearts that is so adorable. It doesn’t have any protective layer so there are chances of spillage ( so I don’t recommend it for travelling ). It smells of cream; nothing like tea in case you were wondering. It is formulated with milk protein to remove stubborn dirt and makeup while still keeping the skin moisturised. It has a thick and creamy texture but when you apply on face it spreads easily, doesn’t feel heavy. As there is no spatula you have to dip your fingers. Some may find it un-hygienic but for me using a spatula is just too much work!! Although there is no need of cleansing with a face wash but I still do it for an extra squeaky clean feeling. I just apply it on my makeup and then let it sit for like 30 seconds, then wipe it off with a cotton pad. It removes all the makeup (including eyeliner and mascara). I generally use it as a makeup remover. I cannot take a chance of using it as a moisturiser as it has mineral oil that maybe bad for my sensitive and acne prone skin. I can’t think of any drawbacks except that a lot of product is used every time. It lasted me for just 3 months:(((
