I apply it on the eye contour area in light circular massaging movements. The liquid gets applied automatically via the rollerball. After that I use my fingertips to tap the area so that the liquid gets absorbed well and spreads easily. It is gellish – liquidish in texture and gives a cooling sensation when applied. It sinks in really fast and is not sticky at all which I like. I use it everyday under my makeup and it is perfect for that. I have been using it in the mornings, however, I don’t feel that it de-puffs my eye bags. I have been applying it religiously everyday for 4 months (just once in the morning though), I still haven’t seen any improvements so far. There is no reduction in my dark circles or under eye bags. I however apply it under my make-up to hydrate my under eye area. It is affordable unlike other creams that are way to expensive and don’t deliver.
