This is the best foundation ever made and I can vouch on that!! I have tried and tested several foundations in the past but MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 is my favourite. I got this foundation in the first place when I saw professional make-up artists using this during photoshoots! I had got done some portfolio pics few years back just for fun….I will post the pictures some time on the blog:) As I have also said before, that the best part of MAC products is the wide variety of shades they have. I am currently using NC 43.5 and it is just perfect. I cannot be happier. The coverage is really good and it blends well. It makes my skin look flawless without looking cakey. It is very thick in texture so if I don’t want to look made up during the day, I just mix it with few drops of water since I have oily skin. But you can even use it with moisturiser or even more sunscreen! Some foundations give me break outs but not this one. My skin does not look oily at all and it covers all my existing pimples too. image via internet Vivalahighstreet I bought a 30 ml bottle for 1500 Indian Rupees ($28) and I am using it for almost an year now. It is definitely the worth of money you pay, though some may find it little on the pricier side. SPF is the added benefit. It makes it an one-step product specially in the busy mornings. It stays on me for good 12 hours without using any base or primer. Though I think it is an excellent product, but if you ask me, I think the packaging can be improved upon. It should come with a pump (I was asked if I wanted to buy a pump separately, but I did not want to spend extra money). But still I don’t find it a problem since the product is so thick it is easy to control the amount coming out of the bottle. My MAC foundation is almost over now, so starts the task of finding a foundation with yellowish undertones which is a very difficult task here in Japan!! And now you must be wondering why I just don’t buy MAC again? It is because it is priced at almost 5000 Japanese Yen($64) which I think is too much. Thanks, but I will just wait for my visit back to India! 11 Responses IdeaSmith January 6, 2012 Hi, I just saw your comment on my blog Divadom.
